Terms of Use & Disclaimer

Definitions:

"Site" means any and all information or files accessible at http://www.romancenotes.com.

"Vistor" means anyone who accesses, reads, or in other way learns about anything contained at the Site.

"Owner" means Andrew Heard.

By accessing or reading anything at the Site, a Visitor accepts the following Terms of Use and Disclaimer:

1. Notwithstanding any other statement at the Site, the content and information of the Site is provided only for informational purposes and does not comprise an endorsement or recommendation, explicit or implied, for any action or service mentioned at, or connected to, the Site.  The Site and its owner disclaim any statement or inference about the quality, reliability, or availability of any product, good, service, or apparent advice mentioned, displayed, or connected to at the Site.

2. By viewing or making use in any way of the Site, the Visitor agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use and Disclaimer, whether the Visitor has read them or not.

The Visitor agrees that the Site and the Owner are not responsible or liable for any loss, unsatisfied expectation, or negative consequence suffered through the Visitor's use of the site or any information contained therein.  The Visitor agrees not to sue, or hold liable in any way, the Site or the Owner for any reason whatsoever relating to any and all information and material available at the Site.  The Visitor agrees that any service or material good provided by another party, company or person that is mentioned or displayed in any manner at the Site is solely the responsibility of that other party, company or person.

4. A Visitor to the Site agrees that all content available through material accessible through http://www.romancenotes.com/directory/ and subsidiary URLs is not the responsibility of the Site or its owner. This material is provided as a direct feed from the DMOZ Open Directory Project, which retains complete control over items, links, and listings in the directory.

5. The Visitor agrees that their use of the Site, and this Terms of Use and Disclaimer, are governed entirely by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and that the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada are the sole courts of jurisdiction.
